Are You Flippin’ the Classrooms Right – A Requirements Analysis of Two User Groups: Practitioners and Students

چکیده

Inverting the knowledge transfer, flipped classrooms promise a richer learning experience and an enhanced process. The objective of this article is to contribute more user-centric classroom trainings by developing spe-cific list requirements criteria from “the other side school desk:” participants’ perspective. We take SAP S/4HANA lecture at university as our case example consider two types classmates for same training: Practitioners students. examined significant differences between these groups participants: For example, practitioners high-lighted self-contained learning. In turn, students asked motivated lecturer. Our results can be clustered threefold: (1) User perspective – getting method right important content; (2) Lecturers new soft skills beyond transfer; (3) Technology setting scene, however, there not second chance first bad impression.
